A set of racks to carry and awning? You mean like a camping awning? That would only serve well for extremely short people!
It would need the truck at highest setting but also, it could have its own poles to lift to the right height. Still smaller than having a separate sun-shade.

With every pair of mount points a different width there's not much option but to make the bars adjustable. I don't want umpteen different bars if I can buy two the same.

Oh man, even now the frunk and door adjustments still SUUUUCK, and even the quarter panel has a big gap now, what the heck. (And this is the GOOD side, lol.)

Glad to see the plastics at top of the sail really do look a lot better here though.

Those racks reminds me the Cybertruck with shovels strapped to the side
during the inauguration of the new lithium refinery in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Question: for anyone that has hauled a paddle board, surf board, etc. Shouldn't the rear rack be a little taller?
If I were strapping a sailboard on those, it would be deck down with the fin forward, so the rocker of the nose would be sticking out past the tailgate. The problem would be a 16' mast. Good thing I use 2 piece masts.

It's width adjustable because of the tesla tolerances.

LOL... I know you are kidding (I hope) but for those who may not... the CT is different widths at it's apex than at the back of the bed (and the other two locations along the way). It's on purpose, if you weren't tracking.

No, I have never seen bars that switch directions! That sounds neat.
