Most stainless isn't 100% perfect, and contains small imperfections where the chromium didn't get distributed, and so you get tiny rust spots in the unprotected iron.

Paint also has a very similar problem. I am not one to care about little defects on a work truck, so long as most of it holds up fine.

I always wax my vehicle monthly . It leaves a thin layer of wax to prevent the bird poop from contacting the metal surface for a easy clean up.

Many times I park close or under trees at work. I know how sun baked on bird droppings can be difficult to clean from paint. Is stainless easier to keep bird crap cleaned or more difficult? Especially the birds who have visited the mulberry trees?
Don’t park under trees! Problem solved. Or if you do park under trees don’t lick your cybertruck. if you need that mulberry taste and nothing else will do, get some jam instead. Just a suggestion?

You are not going to want to wax stainless as a owner of a stainless steel boat the wax will just bake white in the sun. Just look to the boating industry for maintenance stuff they have been dealing with both bird poop and stainless for a long time. Plenty of products to keep the cybertruck lookin good.

The stainless shell will act as a pan on the stove to cook the poop. You just need a custom Tesla spatula ($250) to scoop it off when done. :)

I am going to wait for the Tesla Bot to shoot lasers out its visor and cook the bird poop off. Until then I think I will let it develop a natural patina.

Steam also turns the alkali dust from the salt pans into instant rust. Like an oxidizer etching cream. Destroys even stainless.

Use cold water.

So I think In summary we have collectively decided that the CT is actually a BBQ grill and should be cleaned with spatulas and grill brushes.
As long as it's way overpriced Tesla grill cleaning tools.
