Yeah, the off-road guide recommends removal.

Only minor issue is the rear wheel liner pins to the aero fairings so it's slightly less secure with those removed.
Off road guide only talks about removing the front ones.

The first time you go off-roading they get knocked off as well... we are working on a solution now!
Did you come up with something like a cap or what? I just broke both of mine off roaring. I think if I was in very high I probably would have been ok.

I saw a cap for this sometime last week but was shocked at the price so didn't save the link, which I'm regretting now. Anyone else saw it?

Well there's the issue, that's not the off road guide ?
This is: https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybertruck/cybertruck_offroad_guide.pdf

I can understand why they ignored the rears, the process is buried in the service manual and not shown in the DIY section.

They are mixing things up though. The rears are extensions of the rockers, the fronts are extensions of the bumpers.

I ordered these and they should arrive today. I’ll post pics after installing them.
FSD Removed one of mine today, did you end up doing the delete kit?

Yeah, I did the fairing delete. I like not breaking those damned things.

That looks good, what did you use to delete them?
Notice any difference in mud/dirt slinging on the side of the vehicle or range difference?

EVVIDA on Etsy 3-D prints them.

I cannot discern any range difference or any change in dirt or mud disbursement. But even without breaking the OEM fairings those things were rock magnets and looked like shit after a few miles on gravel/dirt/rocky roads.
