Just a quick question for those who already have their trucks. When backing in to a parking space, do the camera views on the display show both left and right side cameras along with the rear camera? And, if so, are they wide angle enough to see the painted lines of the parking spot on either side?

I'm an anal parker and like to be centered. I use the top-down 360 view in my current car all the time when parking. I know the truck doesn't have the 360 view, but want to make sure I will be able to see the lines at least.

The front camera is great for pulling into a spot and knowing when to stop. I use this a lot since the Cybertruck is so long and I don't want to leave its tail sticking out into the lane/road.

Yep, I'm the same with the cameras now. And it's just a mid-sized SUV, but I like to know where I am in the spot.

Yes to all. When the vehicle is in reverse, the display shows the rear camera on the top of the display with the left and right cameras below the rear camera. They're wide angle enough for you to see the parking spot lines.
Funny, it seems like it would make more sense to have the rear-view camera shown below the left and right cameras. Kind of a virtual 270-degree view. I guess I'll have to see it in person, should my truck ever arrive.

I would like it if the truck sees parking spaces and the truck is moving either forward slowly that it automatically shows the forward camera. Right now we have to manually select it while we are busy negotiating a parking space.

The camera quality is excellent but it is annoying that we can’t see both front & rear at the same time.

In a tight garage, I find myself having to check rear, check front (to make sure garage is cleared), then check rear again. Unnecessary swiping when you should be able to concentrate on driving.

But not complaining. It’s such a huge upgrade in resolution from 2018 Model 3.

yes, my favorite view though is the left mirror watching the back wheel turn to align with the parking area, line or curb.

I’m pretty anal about parking. I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it but the side mirror tilt in reverse is perfect for seeing the parking spot lines and helps me center better than the camera views do. I have to use the tilted mirrors backing into my garage using the garage floor center line crack as my mark. I know if I keep my right rear tire along that line I can make it in without hitting my driver side mirror on the edge of the entry way.

Oh, do the mirrors tilt downward when you throw it in reverse?

I figure I might get used to staring at the screen instead of the mirrors when backing in to a parking spot, but I guess I really won't know until the truck shows up.
