Can PCS fail using 240v outlet in truckbed?

Has anyone heard of the PCS failing by using the 14-50 outlet? I'd like to use my truckbed 14-50 outlet for backup power to house.

Vulnerable PCS versions are going to fail through normal use. Using the outlet is no worse than Powershare.

In my unprofessional opinion. Anything that uses the power conversion system that can help cause the PCS to fail. Has yours not been replaced? We just were charging ours at home and it failed completely. Could no longer charge at home. Could supercharge because that doesn’t go through the PCS.

My Supercharging just failed. Apparently related to the PCS. I guess 3 months of waiting and now I have to get a new battery as well.

Sorry to hear that. Hope they get you taken care of soon. My PCS went out and luckily I was able to supercharge and they had me an appointment in 12 days to get it replaced. Took it in, they gave me a loaner and it was fixed 6 hours later. Awesome experience. Plus I still have free supercharging for the remaining 3 months.

My PCS is still working. It's version E. I haven't used it yet to power the house. Just wondering if people using it that way were getting failures. Unfortunately the nearest supercharger is 1.5 hrs away.
