Tesla’s design team did a “nip and tuck” on the original design. The newest Beta version looks a bit different. The most obvious one is the snubbier front end. Can you spot the other changes?

Relative to the 2019 concept definitely, between Alpha and Beta protos I'm not too sure the nose actually got snubbier. I think the truck did get narrower though, 84" on concept and say 82" on the Alpha and 80" on the Beta.

I'll add two things that I guess most haven't noticed:

The outline on the windshield has changed (not for the better imo).

When this photo came out I remember people debated whether the strip below the drl lightbar was black or a hard shadow:

Consensus was hard shadow, turns out it actually was black:

However I wouldn't worry just yet as the pre-prod Beta that was on display had it body colored like on the Alpha protos.

I don't know that there's anything visible other than the mirrors between the alpha / beta prototypes.

I don't think the glass is visibly different.

I've notice a few changes over the past weeks looking at the newer ßeta versions:

It's not shown in the previous photos of this thread, but the newer version has four overhead rack attachment points each side (two on the vault, and two on the rear cab), whereas the earlier αlphas only had three attachment points each side (two on the vault, and one on the cab).
Also, the earlier αlpha had different and separate tailgate release and tonneau cover buttons, and the newer ßeta has an integrated tonneau cover and tailgate control press switches under one recessed bezel, just behind the rear driver side attachment point.
The vault has a black liner in the new ßeta, versus a stainless liner in the αlpha.
The tailgate closing surfaces are different where they align with the sides in the ßeta, much better and improved compared to the αlpha.
The rear parking lights are different in the ßeta.
The frunk and front face are integrated as one assembly in the ßeta, but everyone should know that by now.
The interior dash I think is better in the ßeta.

Probably many other changes but I've never been able to even get near one so...

adding a few to your good list:

pre-pro has:

• narrower fender flares, of two different sizes (the front flares are wider than the rear flares)
• no driver dash bump for [display]
• more certainly plastic bumpers front/rear, with more aero-contouring
• reduced/no bed steps forward of rear wheel wells (and so no associated cutout to rear fender flares)
• no running board ledge
• added aero spoiler forward if of rear wheels
• • larger aero-spoilers forward of front wheels
• front license plate mount with offset front camera
• less hangy-down giblets under the rear bumper
• • less ‘boat tail’ shaping to rear elevation
• rear window materially slanted
• shorter midline panels through doors (eg the waistline may be the same but the bend/angle at the bottom of door panels is less aggressive and creases a bit further up from trim/running boards)
• thicker/larger RDL

And one I’ll re-up and stick by: shorter hood

Those are the differences between the prototype in the Petersen and the other prototypes... The two pictured here are the newer prototypes.
