Updated to newest Software a few days ago and although was pleased by all the new features, it appears that the Beast is still unable to go faster than ~115mph…. Why is this?? Not only does this negatively affect the 1/4 mile times, but it isn’t the top speed that is listed in the spec posted on teslas website.

class action anyone???

It’ll get there, along with self driving, etc

It doesn't negatively affect the quarter mile times it just leaves them at what they were before.

All terrain tires are not rated for any faster speed. That's why it's limited.

The top speed advertised is for the vehicle they are selling, not a modified vehicle on different tires. They definitely are under-delivering now. Most recent Out Of Spec video was complaining about false advertising of top speed too.

Because I don't feel like my work day is complete without at least one run over 115 mph! Heck, I don't even wake up in the morning until my truck hits over 115 mph.

Seems like a fair point when buyers spending an extra $20K for the Beast, promised specs should be delivered, otherwise it’s false advertising. Same as VW dieselgate

The top gear videos show them hitting 130mph+ on the A/T tires.

I imagine this will be coming to the fleet soon with an update

Question is why not include it with the last update which was enormous?
