What area are you referring to as the penthouse? what is the significance of the penthouse?

The "penthouse" is the raised area of the pack, housing the electronics and/or extra cells.

That's an old S/X pack, while the pack shown in the outdated asset is a refresh S/X pack. You can also see the rear motor cradle is the same as on S/X Plaid.

I'm surprised there's enough height to fit the penthouse on the pack and have the vault roll on top of that, and it's all still under the bed height. I suppose a quater of the vault is in the midgate bulkhead so the roll is a bit smaller.

More cast and less subframe is obviously reducing part count. So the rear motor housing just bolts straight in with some bushes I suppose?

Compressor tank is sort of interesting in that hollow section, maybe it's a structural member there too?

The different perspectives of the scrap CT really help give it a third dimension to see what's going on inside.

The bed floor is higher than it looks I suppose. You can remove the front bed floor to service the penthouse and tonneau. If I’m laying face down over the air tank I have to reach down an arms length to reach the penthouse.

The rear drive unit(s) bolt directly to the subframe casting and do utilize bushings. The rear subframes are quite simple in design.

Unfortunately people don’t seem to be taking their 32 chickens with them when out on the town. No idea why.
