Darkened this for visibility. Anyone have this issue in their doors?

I see that mark on my windshield when it is foggy out. Rare event in Texas, so I kind of liked seeing that little Hallmark of the manufacturing process. It would be more annoying on the door for sure.

I noticed this marking a month or so ago in Jason Camissa’s Cybertruck ICONS Review. At the time I thought it was some type of Release Candidate marking. You can see it clearly on the 12:20 timestamp, or thereabouts, for a few seconds. Here is a still image I captured. If you look on the lefT side of the front bumper you can clearly see it. That marking appears on several other places on the truck in that review, but I don’t recall the time stamps without re-watching the entire video.

I have the same on the rear right passenger door only. It’s weird nothing seems to take it out.

Mine are ALSO on the rear passenger door. I can see four, and they have not faded over the first 6K miles and LOTS of washes. (No BKF or anything. Primarily just a mild detergent along with Isopropyl Alcohol. I also have a couple on the frunk lid, but they are much fainter and are seeming to fade into nothingness.

I have listed on my random service appointments and asked them to defer the repair until a written procedure is in place as I don't want my vehicle to be a test case. Most recent adviser said they would probably just "wet sand" the panel.

This is very clearly a Mynock attachment point. You should inspect the vehicle for others, they feed on the power cables. They especially enjoy a 48V supply, I'm told.

Thats how they hold large flat objects with those big industrial installation suction holders. Should buff out.
Don't buff the stainless steel (unless you are going for the polished look), sand it with a random orbit sander and appropriate abrasives. 400-800 grit should get you where you want to go.

This is the beauty of the Cybertruck, you can use it and abuse it, and always bring it back to new simply by sanding a new finish on it.
