Huge shoutout to the Marina Del Rey delivery team. Absolutely created an experience for me and my family. Smoke machine and 8 cybertrucks with lights and doors doing their thing. Almost an hour going through all the features as it’s my first Tesla/EV. So happy.

We had a nice pick up event today, and everyone at Dublin was very nice and helpful. They let us have as much time as we needed to check it over and answer questions, even as busy as they were. They had 12 more trucks being picked up after us, busy day today!! Had an awesome drive home and relieved to see it fits fine in the garage, LOL.

After driving 5 hours down to NJ to pick up my AWD CT, I was told there was a part missing that would take a month to get delivered. I was pretty mad but what could I do. I asked them to at least give me a loaner, which they did, a 2020 Model X. Two days later, on Friday, they tell me the car is ready! However, I needed to pick it up that day so they could hit their quarterly numbers. I left at 10am and got my car at 3PM. Very happy in the end.
