I'd love to have a close look at the gear mounted on the front of that trailer. That and the likely tongue weight on the truck's hitch are more interesting to me than the fact that the Cybertruck is towing that load.

Perhaps it's tilt mechanism to load without needing ramps?

That looks like a straight hitch coming out of the receiver. No drop?

This has to be the most successful gorilla marketing campaign in history ...

Elon: "Here, take this truck and drive it around and do shit, but don't answer any questions."
Driver: "Uhm, okay ... "

Yep, at what I'm calling max low suspension, where the bottom edge of the doors about line up with the bottom edge of the hub opening on the wheels.

So is that the extended range option?
Yes, but it's the super extended range option for the Model Y!

You see, when you order this option, a CT with a trailer, driven by FSD, will come and drive you 300 miles toward your destination by linking your nav to the CT, via a super fast 4G to Starlink to the CT protocol. The truck arrives, your FSD loads your car for you (the CT and trailer are too valuable to let a stupid human driver do it, I mean, according to some people here the CT is going to be released at like $500,000 because of demand) and away you go.

No doubt, the shield is hurting aero, but itโ€™s worth it for saving the MY from rocks the CT tires will pick up and hurl rearward.
Pretty clever to dump the suspension and hook up without a drop hitch. Whether that works for going down the road or not is an unanswered question. Towing with the springs bottomed out could be brutal on suspension components.
