I can top that. A few minutes ago, I came back from my wife's community garden. She wanted me to look at the lawnmower to see if it is broken and if I can fix it. A Gardner wanted to be helpful and pulled out a mobile phone. Showing me a YouTube video of this lady giving instructions on how to deal with this problem. The first step was to make sure your battery is charged. The second step was to Google it and see if you can find a YouTube video that addresses the problem.
