OofLight rain
Tonneau covers are great, but they are not 100% leak proof and dust (oh my), they attract a lot of dust in the bed when travelling dry gravel roads.Yep, that's what tonneau covers do. It's not really a vault lol.
Not true!!! I have two F150's, both with entirely different tonneau covers, from different manufacturers and have not had a drop of water leak into my beds in the past 3 years.Yep, that's what tonneau covers do. It's not really a vault lol.
What is a zeroAlso, any thin roof will form condensation.
It's a pain, but why my Zero was wet when I went to go to the post office today. Condensation was dripping from the roof of the carport.

With the way the cover overlaps yeaSo, light can't get out, but water can get in.
Have you tested it in freezing rain or when it snows overnight? Just curious.Typical Tesla build quality.
The tonneau cover on my F-150 is totally watertight. Same rollup mechanism. Been through many severe rainstorms and never had a drop of water leak through.
Same with my Rivian...completely dry.Typical Tesla build quality.
