I think everyone will be surprised at how quickly Tesla ramps up CT production once 4680 battery cell production increases. By summer the Austin plant should be cranking out hundreds of Cybertruck’s a day.

To manufacture 200 trucks a day Tesla will need to crank out over 1/4 million 4680 battery cells.

I don't see why Tesla doesn't want AWD Foundation Series CyberTruck buyers to take advantage of the tax credit. All they would have to do is declare that the FS "badging" costs <$10, that the tires and wheels are included in the base price, and give buyers all the other "premium options" without "installing" them (i.e. put them in a bag in the frunk/vault) because then the MSRP+ installed options would be below $80k.

So much of the $20k Foundation Series add ons are either software (not "installed"), hardware that is installed on your house, not your truck, or is so easily installed by the buyer that it makes no sense for Tesla to install it, thereby putting the installed option price over $80k.

This would be so easy to justify. And if they need to charge more for the tires and wheels later, they could increase the price in the future without jeopardizing the credit for their loyal customers. If we could convince Elon this is a way to "Stick it to Biden" maybe he'd do it out of spite? ?

Hello, I am a 1st day 1st min reservation holder 112745198 , I also line in TX near the Austin Plant, and have heard nothing from Tesla. Not very fair since I have seen a majority of the people receiving the CT with reservation #s much higher than mine.

Interesting... I ordered late Dec 2019 (confirmation date Dec 28, 2019) ... my order number is RN1131954xx. Does anyone know off hand when the numbering scheme actually shifted to 113xxxxx ?

I have an order number of RN113104xxx and ordered 12/3/19

Oddly. I ordered that night of announcement, and site crashed. So I tried again and it went through. I woke up with 2 confirmations. My first order was 112762 and the 2nd was 112772.

my 11277 is what I was asked to order in 12/21. PA.

I reserved within the first 20 minutes of the Cybertruck being on stage, I’m in CA near Tesla in Hawthorne, and I never got an email invite. However, I was able to order during the second wave on December 15th by pressing on the picture of the Cybertruck in the app.

Question. On my app I have my wifes Model Y pictured and no picture of a CT. If you do not own or have a vin for a CT how or where is his picture of a CT to press on?

Somewhere in the app should be the place where your Cybertruck reservation shows, maybe under Account? I have no other Teslas, so for me, it was the only thing that appeared.

Log into your account at tesla.com to see your cyber truck reservation. It doesn’t show up in the app.

I appreciate the help but I cannot find anywhere on the app to add a reserved CT. My desktop Tesla account shows it but the app will only populate our Model Y.

Can anyone who owns a Tesla confirm whether you do or do not show your current Tesla and your reserved CT on the mobile app?

Might be nothing, but have you tried logging out, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, and then logging on again?
