That's about how mine looked! Try the Drop Flop. Worked for me at about 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is what happened to me one of the days of snow. Hopefully it’s just a pressure issue and not a physical nozzle problem. Tesla can fix a pressure issue via OTA.

Winter is in full swing here in the northeast and comparing it to past vehicles and my current secondary vehicle, a 2019 Silverado, I would say it works as well as just about any wipers I've had on a vehicle.

The low-ish washer fluid distribution makes it so a few extra wipes are needed, and there is the occasional phantom wipe since v13, but neither are a big deal for me.

I got a recall notice shortly after delivery for new wiper motor. I never really put it to the test prior to that but currently it works fine.

If anyone reading this has a perfectly fine and working windshield wiper, please comment. I have a theory that all of our windshield wipers are not working properly, but only the people living in areas where the weather requires a clean windshield often have noticed the issue.

I’m trying to figure out if it’s just my windshield wiper that sucks or if this is every Cybertruck. I’ve seen a couple comments from folks about the wiper and the jets that shoot wiper fluid. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it rains a lot as well as the roads are just damp and dirty. What I’ve noticed is that not only do the jets not properly spray fluid over the entire windshield, But the wiper itself doesn’t really contact the windshield near the top of the wiper. It’s acceptable for the driver even though still about 30 to 40% of the viewable area remains dirty. But the real problem is that the area that doesn’t get enough windshield wiper fluid and the wiper doesn’t fully contact the windshield smears dirt across the entire camera housing area. Making auto pilot and FSD unuseable even in perfectly acceptable weather conditions. I received my truck on Dec 23 2024 with a vin ending in 039xxx
My experience is pretty good the couple suggestions I have to make it better are 1. Make the auto less sensitive, it wipes too often with just a mist of rain. 2. Still getting random sweeps when there is ZERO rain and it happen randomly: backing up, on freeway, parking lot etc etc.

Mine doesn't seem to spit out much fluid at all. (TWSS) Maybe I'll look into the nozzles... talk someone into spraying it while I watch from outside... maybe when it isn't 14°F

Try the drop flop... While driving about 40, reach out and lift top of the wiper from the windshield about 6 inches or so and let it flop back into place. Then, try a cleaning wipe again. I just did that this morning and it worked great.

Should we have to do that? No.
Have I ever had a non-Tesla vehicle that benefitted from the same process? Yes.
Mine also sucks.

I live in Indiana. Mine works great. I actually think it’s far superior to any of my other vehicles.

Good to know it's not just me. I'm going to schedule a service apt and see what they say and do.

Good to know that some work. That means service should be able to fix this issue.

FWIW, my windshield looked like all of the other horrible pictures that people have shared. I was in the SC yesterday for a gearbox fluid service error and I talked to the advisor about the windshield/wiper problem. At first they were skeptical, but then he did a couple tests where he cleaned the windshield and then tried it again (truck was dirty with winter weather/salt) and still had the same issue. He didn't act like this was a common issue but did agree it didn't seem right so they put a new wiper on it for free.

It definitely works a little better now, but I'm not convinced this is a "fix" to the issue.

And as a side note - if anyone gets their wiper replaced at a SC, check to make sure it works before you leave. The tech who put mine on kinked the wiper fluid hose so only like 20% of my wiper fluid was coming out. Had to take it back in and they adjusted it in about 3 min, but frustrating they wouldn't check it after installing it.

I live in Michigan and I would agree with you and add that the water volume/pressure has dropped significantly upon putting my first bottle of windshield wiper fluid in the truck. I might take it to a service center to diagnose it.

I live in Northern Ohio and the spray dribbles. Service center here stated that they have replaced one clients assembly three times and no positive results. He wrote on my ticket that it is under engineering review and no solution available yet. I believe when I first got it it sprayed with each hole having a 3 inch wide spray. Now it just dribbles on and I have had a new assembly, motor (recall) and I had replaced the liquid from the manufacturer facility the first day. If anyone gets a resolution, please post. Also, if anyone has replaced their wiper blade, please give results.

It is definitely not just your windshield wiper! I’ve got the same issue in Indianapolis. But not only the streaking and low fluid output. My wiper also randomly activates for absolutely no reason. Sun shining and not a cloud in the sky and the wiper will swipe once then 5 minutes later it will do it again??? WTH???

Went on a trip to Upstate NY yesterday and the wiper sucks. It was snowing very hard. The washers suck. Not enough moisture at the top right side of the windshield, it would just dry out with road spray and no amount of pushing the washer button would help. Even if you pushed harder, it made no difference.

It's pretty bad. I tried using it twice and my windshield ended up worse. The streaks are horrible. I now have a hydrophobic coating on the windshield and no longer use the wiper. Unfortunately that also means I am unable to us FSD as it will run the streak machine across my coated windshield. Do you know if anyone makes a wiper block off cover? I am all for removing it till they come up with something better.
