The guy supervising him could have folded it faster :) - just joking... it is amazing, and shows grip on cloth. Robots...

My wife would have to refold that. Every time I think I have figured out how she likes all the different size towels we have folded, she changes up how she does them. I live in constant folding hell.

Seriously though you will start hearing Elon stating more and more that Tesla is a robotics and AI company.

The pace of development is absolutely wild. It's a crying shame that the average person has no idea how much this type of robot will change the world.

Would one of these guys starts building a CT for one of us in the future soon? Looks very promising to me...
Darn It! I have just cottoned on....OPTIMUS can 'thread a needle', so l'm told.
This is definitely looking like THE FUTURE!

And maybe this video isn't recent !!
Sandy Munro mentioned that he watched a bot vid that 'blew him away'?, it was a 'private' viewing, so he felt inappropriate to share in public.
Some YouTubers believed he was referring to the last Vid released, I don't think so.
It may well have been this video that blew Sandy'd socks off, IMO.

Are we mere humans capable of thinking exponentially?

I don't know if anyone else caught it, but Optimus flipped the opposing end of the shirt to his other hand. These little nuances are not only difficult, but it demonstrates that they are teaching the neural net in the most appropriate manner; that being natural movements that fully mimic human behavior.

The method is generally the same with autonomous driving. The winning formula absolutely must be modeled after human behavior. Anything less will see a brick wall, and tragically it will happen very far into the dev process lol.

Yeah, my spouse is tons faster than that but... I often have to refold stuff. And collect the mis-sorted items!

The bot working on a production line building bots, and a new bot coming off the line and immediately walks over and joins the production.
