Every time I select Extract mode and try to lower the truck or try to put into any other suspension mode it does nothing. Each time to get out of Extract Mode I have to select drive and go faster than 10mph and it then lowers. Kind of an issue and if you've actually driven it in EM the suspension is topped out and very stiff. It's kind of laughable when you are on pavement. Anyone else have this issue?

I've had the truck 2 months and still haven't been in Extract mode, went to very high though.

Something is wrong I guess, Extract Mode can't go faster than 7.5 MPH on mine and I have to select either Very High (25 MPH Max) or High (no limit).

The max speed in extract mode is 10mph according to the service manual.

I put mine in extract mode once just to see and the suspension made a pop as it jacked all the way up. Not worried, doubt it was anything other than just a creak.

Not sure, but when I had the same problem, I found doors must be shut to lower from extract mode. Hope this is accurate and helps.

1. Click on the bottom left truck icon
2. Go to Dynamics
3. Select Custom (disables Off-Road Mode)

This should re-enable ride height selection on the main screen.

I have a service ticket in for a similar issue. I can put the truck in extract mode and then return it to normal height without issue (which I have done a few dozen times at this point when I’m showing the truck off). Recently started hearing a constant hissing at the drivers side rear suspension. As if there is a leak and the air pump continues to run to maintain the height (which it does). I’ll update after my service visit next week. Hopefully it’s nothing.
