This is why we “practice” law.

This is why we “practice” law.
The law does not allow for welching or the kinds of goofy technicalities that people think exist because of TV dramas.
No. Absolutely not.no caveats! That means unsupervised full-self driving capability
Buddy you can say whatever you want to say and think whatever you want to think. The terms of service are not going to control this. You’re not a lawyer, stop acting like one.No. Absolutely not.
There are far too many people out there who don't understand living software, and what FSD actually it. FSD is not a finished, serialized product that can be sold on a store shelf.
Full Self-Drive is access to branch software releases AS THEY APPLY TO YOUR SPECIFIC VEHCILE. Meaning you cannot expect to get Juniper Model Y FSD performance for your 2018 Model S.
I really wish people would READ the t.o.s. and disclaimers that Tesla clearly publishes.
No, I will argue this point because I have a more factual based understanding of how living software subscriptions work. And the terms of service absolutely do bind you to the agreement you made with them when you purchased.Buddy you can say whatever you want to say and think whatever you want to think. The terms of service are not going to control this. You’re not a lawyer, stop acting like one.
Again, 100% Tesla will be upgrading my hardware, if they can’t deliver on their promise. They can do it voluntarily or subject to a court order it really doesn’t matter to me.
There are no “ifs”, “ands”, or “buts” about it.
Well, that Strawman should be drawn and quartered but I didn’t argue that. This, however, does not entitle you to ALL future upgrades in perpetuity to all future branches of FSD. Just to make that part clear.
You did though, when you tried to apply your past purchase to a future software release that didn't exist at the time.Well, that Strawman should be drawn and quartered but I didn’t argue that.
I do, but I have to say again I’m not going to do this with you. you’re mix-matching terms and that’s not how any of this works. You did though, when you tried to apply your past purchase to a future software release that didn't exist at the time.
For argument's sake, do you have a copy of your purchase agreement so we can take a look at the nuance?
Between the two of us, only one is willingly to articulate the exact terms and meaning of the Full Self-Drive product.I do, but I have to say again I’m not going to do this with you. you’re mix-matching terms and that’s not how any of this works.
I’m not going to spend hours trying to bring you up to speed on legal procedure, contract terms, legal cannons of interpretation or any of the other things that you would need to be able to successfully spot the issues and process this problem.
I’ve said what I’ve said, and only what I’ve said and it will play out exactly as I’ve stated. That’s all I have for you.
You’ll be unable to teach me anything on the subject. I know my business VERY WELL. Thanks.Between the two of us, only one is willingly to articulate the exact terms and meaning of the Full Self-Drive product.
long story short: you will receive hardware upgrades in your older model 3 (if you purchased the higher tier package rather than the subscription), but you are absolutely, unequivocally not guaranteed to be on unsupervised FSD with said upgrade.
If you would like to know why, I can point you to direct, meaningful, and legal language in your purchase agreement that explicitly states this.
So you are unteachable? lol, ok bud. You’ll be unable to teach me anything on the subject. I know my business VERY WELL. Thanks.
I am not a computer hardware engineer, but i just don't understand why the form factor has to change so much between generations. I would think that part of the fun of designing hardware like this is the classic getting a “square peg to fit in a round hole” problem? That's if they're able to keep the same form factor. The primary reason you can't get a HW4 retrofit in a HW3 vehicle is because of the form factor.

I wonder if tesla will continue to offer hardware upgrades at a fee for those who did not buy FSD as a package? If i recall, they did until basically the latest computer no longer fit in the car in question.Between the two of us, only one is willingly to articulate the exact terms and meaning of the Full Self-Drive product.

No friend, the “real answer” is that you’ve been blocked. Look at the number count you can’t see message #67 and apparently others because you’re not allowed to see the content from that member.Arguing with ghosts, again? (I know the real answer)
