Did you ask them to check why your truck isn't updating? They can remote in and see why.

I did call Tesla Support. They said that my truck has received 2 updates. I told them that i have NEVER been notified of such…AND my software version has not changed since purchase…2025.32.100. They just see that my software is up to date on their end. But then again, the support guy said that he does NOT know what is the latest software version…just going by what his computer says. So there’s that.

And to add to injury, my FAVORITES and RECENTS in Navigation keeps on being erased (even though Home and Work stays intact). This morning is the 3rd time my Favorites/Recents disappeared on me.

This whole waiting for software updates and glitches reminds me of Android in the early days! I want iOS-type updates!

Man, that is WAY not typical. I suspect you've already tried the system reboot from the main screen (not the two scroll wheel screen reset thing). Assuming your truck can connect to your Wi-Fi, if a reboot doesn't do the trick, I'd put in a service request for the continual deleting of your recents and favorites. That'll at least force them to look at the software.

Serious question, why do people care about ASS? I don't see this as a useful feature. I've had it on our model Y for a while and have only used it once. It's more of a parlor trick than an actual feature.

For me, banish has way more use than ASS, and even that is pointless w/ point to point FSD.

Don't care much about ASS, but would at least like the Dumb version so my kids don't smash the car parked next to me..

I think the reality is that ASS and Banish and Dumb Summon are bundled in together and that's why everyone wants ASS. I've had to do the shimmy to get in my door when someone parked over the line to be close to me. I think it was on purpose. But I would have liked to be able to have Fluffy pull forward to ease ingress. That's all I want. I don't shop much so ASS won't really do much for me.

I think the reason we didn't get ASS is because it's about to become redundant in a future FSD 14 update. I know Elon recently said that Banish & a new summon are coming soon.

Banish won't be tied to ASS IMO. It will use FSD, not the Summon/AP stack.

Maybe it'll all use the same stack at some point. I'd just like the ability to have my truck pull forward to let me in on the off chance someone parks too close.

If my CT can pick me up at the ski slope entrance and park itself it would save me quite a few minutes of walking across a huge parking lot while wearing clunky boots, carrying heavy gear, and managing young kids.

Chucks FSD drives are the best in my opinion, no fluff, he brings it straight...

He and Ai Driver are my favorite. Both are great and have thoughtful complaints.
