Without video we can't help. The electric motors do make a noticeable whine at lower speeds.

when there isnt a high load on mine - it does do a "dee dee dee deed dee dee dee dee" kindof like a jetsons car - sounds like gear differential whine, if I put a head load on it or regen slow down, it stops - this only happens once im at a steady speed, or light load (AWD cybertruck)

I'd say that's not quite right, unless that recording is being weirdly sensitive.

You should hear a whine, which will vary by the road surface and your requested torque - which will kind of chirp - but what I heard on your video didn't sound right to me.

Does anyone else have a video that sounds like that?

It does do a pulsing power based upon how efficiently it wants to run the motor. Pulses are more efficient than constant, but it runs off tempo to generate heat. ...Which will make all sorts of sounds, but your video didn't sound like others I've heard.

Video should be there.
Please let me know if you see it now.
No, the noise I have you can barely hear it (it got smoother and more silent after 3k miles), sounds like brake squeal, check the brake calipers and the disc, see if they touch at all in a wheel revolution (trying to think of where I have heard a noise like that)

I have a question… Since the front motors are different on the cyber beast versus the dual motor (beast has front permanent magnet motor and is FWD until additional power or transaction is needed, and the dual motor is a induction motor in the front and permanent magnet in the back and is rear wheel drive until it needs additional power from the front motor) - who is experiencing this problem as noted in this thread? I have a tri- motor beast and it has a whining/grinding sound when the vehicle is cold and driven it low speeds and low acceleration. Sounds a little similar to this but different. In fact, I just dropped it off again today for a third attempt to get the problem rectified.

FYI -- mine (AWD) makes the exact same noise, especially around 30-35 when there is a light throttle or slight regen. It is not the normal electric engine whine, its a "chirp" or warble in addition to the whine. Also, on mine, it seems to come and go. The other day I was noticing it wasn't as loud and was hoping whatever it was, was starting to work itself in and go away. But today, I noticed it come back again :( Wondering if its very temperature sensitive, but I have noticed it at very cold temps, as well as days in the 60's.

I also have a model Y and while the trucks motors sound more aggressive and louder, thats not what I hear in your video, or my truck. The baseline louder motors and regen sound I like more in the truck, its the high pitched "wheep wheep" sounds that drive me nuts.

I brought it to service last week along with a video, and the service intake tech definitely heard it on video and the test drive, but the main service tech "who owns a cybertruck himself, so he knows what he is talking about", says its normal and they discharged me after the main tech took it for a drive.

Hope this helps, let me know if you get anywhere with yours....

The noise is the electric motors.
The noise in the video is primarily gear whine. Every manual transmission truck I've ever driven has similar sounding gear whine (and EVs are essentially one speed manual transmissions).

That said it is higher pitch and "sharper" sounding than any gear whine I've heard in my Cybertruck. It also sounds highly amplified, it should be a background noise. But it has the same pattern of sound, which is how I know it's gear whine.
