Getting stuck in HIGH MODE

Recently whenever I put my Cybertruck in high mode when I park it will make the raising noise, and the noise won’t stop! It just makes a loud noise until I lower it back to medium, or low, which makes a swish noise as it lets out compressed air and lowers. But then hitting high mode right after, it raises it to high but just continues the noise even though it’s already raised, like it’s trying to continue to raise it even though nothing is happening. I left it to see how long the raising function noise went on, and for 2 minutes it didn’t stop. I lowered it to medium and left it. This has happened on and off a few times. Any one else have this happen to theirs?

BTW, "High" isn't the highest setting. There's Very High and Extraction beyond that, when in off-road mode.

Could you be hearing the compressor filling the tank back up?

I’m not sure. But it makes this noise for a long time when I put it in high and it doesn’t stop spinning on the screen as it puts into high, as if it’s not finished yet.

Could just be a software issue affecting the appearance of the status on-screen, but this may indicate an actual issue with the suspension.

Best to open a service ticket, they can remotely review the logs to see if an issue has been detected.

Hmm, the compressor on mine doesn't usually need to run to go from medium to high. Well, eventually it does, but that does seem to be running a really long time.

That height looks like high mode to me. But you might want to schedule an appointment to get it resolved under warranty if there is an issue. The compressor just fills an air tank, not the suspension. The suspension is then filled by the tank. Are you going from from low->high->low->high rapidly?

I wouldn’t say I am changing it often, but just when I drive, I will go from sport mode to comfort mode, which goes from medium to lower. And every time I park, I always hit high. I just think it looks better parked in high. So nothing more than would be normal Use of the vehicle features you would think.

Yeah, no harm in getting it checked out!

I believe this is the compressor. The time it needs to refill can vary based air temperature, altitude and compressor motor temp. Time it, if its one for more than 1 minute, that is excessive and may indicate a problem.
