I’m picking up my truck tomorrow. When I first ordered it about a week ago, I picked grey interior. My Order Agreement had the $50,000 clause for reselling.
A week later, I changed the order to white and got a VIN within minutes. My new Order Agreement and Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement no longer have the reseller clause. There is a new version date at the bottom of the pages in tiny letters. My agreement version is US v.20240604
So has Tesla stopped requiring buyers to hold the truck for a year? I don’t plan to resell.
I’ve posted my first agreement when I ordered grey. It has the no resale clause. The other pic is my new agreement. The whole paragraph about Cybertruck reselling is gone. Again, I’m not wanting to sell, I just thought I’d bring it up. It’s my first post, why not make it a controversial one? LOL
