C,yes, he dates pop-stars, buys Twitter has his personal mouthpiece, etc. there’s really no serious or interesting debate around it
strange strawman. Nobody said it was a crime
but make yourself a highly visible public figure, prepare for the downsides
not sure what this means, honestly
none of it seems pertinent to the discussion that was being had
Musk says and does shit that any other public CEO would like be canned for, but gets by on his disproportionate wealth/power and the cult of personality around him.
that a statement of business optics reality, not a moral discussion
My comments were in regards to a post about possibly cancelling a CT order because of something EM said online, implying a moral decision. So, as I’ve posted before, I believe in having morals, but I don’t believe there is any company with nothing but execs with the highest morals. Even large religious organizations have scandals about ethics and legality. Everyone views the issue differently, you might consider it optics, someone else poor choices, another says lack of morals, and yet another says it should be illegal. And some people make financial decisions and business decisions based on those thoughts. I fear that people make decisions on what they see, and then are aligned with even worse, but they just don’t see it.
