I just had the most interesting or coincidental order placed..... RN vs VIN

So, I originally had a beast ordered and after waiting 100+ days I changed to an AWD. I had a VIN in 24hrs and picked my truck up. Today I decided I wanted to go ahead and order another beast and just enjoy the awd and sell it when it comes in thinking it would be a couple years..... Here's the kicker... The RN last 4 are the same as my VIN on my current truck. This can be a coincidence can it??? out of 10,000 different combinations of numbers for the last 4 to have it? Could this mean that there is a hidden sequence in the RN's that tell if you own something currently? Maybe this puts you ahead or behind the current orders?? I just see no way that this could not be planned thoughts?

i had already waited over 100 days though, I think if you change then it puts you where you would have been if you had ordered an awd vs tri-motor to begin with. But yes, they are coming faster, It will be interesting to see how long before i can configure my beast being i just ordered it today (yes, just the 250 deposit in the RN1219.... range)

Man, this makes me want to switch my VIN back to a white interior so I can take delivery before my long weekend.

Also, 17k VIN is the highest I've seen. Should have all of the running changes based on small issues that have been found.

I like the grey, but I figured that in most Teslas Grey/standard tires are the base package and White/larger/AT tires are a charged upgrade I would stick with those. It was only after that I found out that White/ 35" tires had a MUCH faster delivery.

It's almost 18k, so I guess that means it wasn't rejected. Tesla said it's on a truck from Texas.

It was probably made in the past week! It's cool to think that your truck didn't even exist a few days ago. That also likely means they are still making FS trucks.

It seems risky to me for them to laser etch the FS badge on trucks. If FS demand dries up how do they get rid of them?

116 RN were getting e-mailed yesterday, too. I'm sure there are quite a few more to reach out to, including people who ordered after the reveal.

I was assigned a VIN within an hour as well. I am in Tampa and my truck is at the St. Pete Service Center. 11512 reservation from 6/2021. Frustratingly, Tesla financing is still pending after almost 48 hours. I'm trying to still make our cross country vacation with the Cybertruck. Hoping to get it by Friday or otherwise we will need to reschedule the trip.
