AH HA!!! I finally got the truck higher enough to rotate the tires. BARELY high enough but it worked. I need to have the exact amount of wood under the jacks and rotate the screw higher so it touches the truck. Then jack it up and managed to get enough to remove the tires and switch front to back and back to front. Now to do the passenger side.
I posted the same idea last month. Post #20.

I recently had to replace a tire that Tesla said a nail was in tread too close to the wall. When I got the tire it looks like it is an easy and safe plug. I ordered a used CT rim on eBay and now want to create my own spare tire solution since I sank the money into the new tire. I need to figure out the jack for the vault, straps for the tire in the bed, air inflation and plug kit for the times I don't want the tire in the bed. I hope between us we can put a nice list together for everyone.

I found this jack that at HF 20" lift height. 20 ton sounds heavy.

Interesting jack and stand in one 21" height and says it is for truck heights.

I went with this bottle jack. High lift and you do not have to screw the top up to reach the max height
Bottle Jack

Serious question: Would a 7000-lb capacity farm jack work? Hi-Lift jack
I just saw the Artic Cyber Trek video and noticed they were carrying a Hi-Lift Jack, has anyone tried using one on the jack points of the CT? Here’s a screen grab from the video with the jack mounted to the exterior molle panel.

I would think that should be fine as long as you angle it so you are putting pressure on the edge of the pack. Those Hi-Lifts are not light though (but they do work extremely well).

I think that is for show. It would not be able to grab the jack points, they are too far in and the angle is extreme. They might be able to use it on the hitch or hooks in the front...?
