Those are the good 'ol days.

To think, in my case, just two months ago with my pedal recall.

My SC contact said it's no longer after the lay off.:eek:
A friend of mine bought a new Tesla last Saturday. It had a couple minor issues at delivery and that’s how it worked for them a couple of days ago.

I put in a service request to straighten my tonneau appliqué and fix a led light that was out on the frunk light bar. Tesla didn’t get back to me for days. I bugged them a few times in the app and a couple of phone calls saying I wanted mobile service. They said I had to bring it in (5.5 hour drive). I said “You gotta be kidding me… send me the parts I will do it myself”. I pasted the Cybertruck service manual and showed them how easy the fix was. I called and explained the same. The SC manager said “Yeah, you are right, I’ll press mobile”. Mobile messages me and said “We don’t do CTs in the field because we haven’t been trained, but we will come and try but no guarantees and I may have to take it to a SC”. I showed him the manual and said “Come on dude… you can’t do this?” (The light bar is 2 screws and it pops out). Then he whines about how remote I am.

It almost feels like they don’t want to work and have serious morale issues.

I love this CT… but if getting service is this hard, trading it in for a Ford Lightening may be in its future. I can’t deal with how hard it is to get service.

I called 3 days ago, got a recording, went through several push 1, 2,3 buttons for different departments then the recording said their offices are closed and conection ended.
Sorry I had high hopes but I cancelled my order. Range issues and steep price increase.

It almost feels like they don’t want to work and have serious morale issues.
Not exactly a morale booster knowing that the BOSS had been laying off people in your team while asking for a $56 billion bonus.

And made a killing selling $7.8 billion of his shares anticipating drop in stock prices when he announces Tesla's weak sales.

Then lately, diverting AI chips from Tesla, a public company co-owned by you and me, into his money-losing X mouthpiece, that he solely own for himself and by himself. ? ?

Elon please go to the CT system and power up man. U will never be able to deliver or service the magnitudes

You are actually 100% correct. I spoke to my TSC sales guy for a bit and he said the layoffs had caused a lot of concern, even for himself. He said everyone is looking around for another job. He said if they lose another guy in Gypsum, they may have to shut down as they won't be able to keep the place running.

Thats some serious stuff and Musk doesn't see this is making a problem for the company?

Same here. Chats are randomly ending. Called phone number...never get an answer...unless I want to sit on hold for more than 90 minutes. I'm just trying to have a fully installed PowerShare working.
Probably my last Tesla and I have a roadster, model S and CT. Service has tanked with each iteration of the car. I was treated like a king with the roadster and now I'm just an annoying piece of meat with the CT.

Same issue here. I took delivery on March 20th. Tesla sent a tech to my house on May 7th to do the site survey for Poweshare. Tesla Tech completed the survey and left. I never received a quote or any additional information. I was never contacted by an electric company. I have been trying to get help for weeks with no luck. I texted the appointment number back and never got a response. I tried calling it and it is not in service.

I have called customer support multiple times and no one has been able to help me. No one knows what to do or what department to transfer me to. Sales points at Energy and Energy points at Sales. Service department says they don't know who to call for me. At this point I have no confidence that I will ever get PowerShare installed or a voucher posted to my account. I have not received any of the new emails about the $2500 voucher. Last email I received about PowerShare was the original survey email that listed the 6 months of free super charging. Complete nightmare.

From my Cybertruck purchase, I am still owed PowerShare, 4 d-rings, aero wheel covers, cosmetic trim replacements and a middle console that does not creak when I turn. My 3rd service appointment is June 14th.

Also, I still have not received my replacement bed divider that I was emailed about.

I tweeted at Elon today lol...

Has any one noticed it’s become impossible to reach Tesla nobody answers the phone nobody texts me back on the support chat, no way to start a message request in the app. I’ve called in the past they always answered. customer service has become non existent to basically embarrassing on them. They say the call centers were axed and every dealer needs to answer the phone and it’s a problem. News flash every single other car manufacturer operates like this and when you call your local dealer they pick up or have a secretary to pick up why is this so difficult for Tesla. They want stuff from me I have questions for them and they won’t call and I can’t get them to answer I pretty much give up only service answers but they can well only help with service.
I can understand your frustration. I don't have that problem in Tucson, AZ. Last contact two weeks ago.
