If the installers had the equipment and were super busy, they could at least schedule something 3 weeks or 6 weeks out. The fact that a VERY small handle of people of heard from their installer and ZERO have actually had an installation, tells me there is a supply or production problem.
I heard from a local installer this week. They’ve been limited to employee installations to work out the kinks, and are now following up with me to get site info.

Not that I even have a truck yet, but I’d contacted them previously to get a quote. They said they’d need to get back to me later since I wasn’t “on the list” of Tesla employees.

I am not sure what kinks they are coming across as both the Gateway is on V3 and the wall charger is believe is also on V3. Tesla should send the Wall Charger out so people can actually charge their Cybertrucks.

The Mobile Adapter is included with the shipping trucks. With the right adapter, you can charge off of just about any plug Gen 2 NEMA Adapters (tesla.com)

There's a lot of communications between the car and the house that has to occur. Getting them to work at the right time will be fun.
Don't forget that it's two different groups, used to be two different companies, and they probably have different APIs, although there has been some integration already.

The scary part is, I have yet to see/hear of one person getting the PowerShare Gateway V3 and the Universal Wall Charger installed.

Not one. So that means, you might be waiting awhile before that install happens. You need a plan B. Either use the local supercharger or get a NEMA 14-50 plug installed.

I plan to upgrade my NEMA 10-30 plug, but I am not sure if it is worth the effort & expense as a temporary solution. The NEMA 10-30 adaptor from Tesla is $45. Not sure how much the install + materials are to upgrade to NEMA 14-50.

Check out this YouTube as it talks about the PowerShare.
