Is Universal Wall Connector available on Tesla website same as one that comes with PowerShare bundle?

Is the Universal Wall Connector available for purchase on the Tesla website the exact same UWC that comes with the PowerShare bundle? I ask because I received my PowerShare equipment bundle fully expecting to have the PowerShare installation done. But after receiving the requirements of the permitting and fire department in my neighborhood, I have opted not to go with the install. Instead, I would like to just install the UWC that came with the Powershare bundle as a stand alone charger. Is that possible?

Nah, I'm already getting one with my Cybertruck.
Realistically, our install is to get a working UWC moreso than Powershare.
