Could be why the windows were blocked at the Austin casting end. Perhaps they don't wish to show what shape castings are laying about.
They have an entire second Gigapress they’ve been hiding in the wings. You guys don’t believe me, but it’s there, just wait!

Its an investor event. Literally in the name ;)

Register your shares on Tesla’s site and there is a lottery for each event.
You certain about that? I have seen nothing to verify it, although sure, they've done that in the past.

This note, on IR.TESLA.COM, just says "Details to follow." Then it circularly refers back to IR.TESLA.COM.

A couple of years ago, every leading legacy company was predicting a transition to EV's by a certain tan date, yet, at the time, it seemed there would maybe be a fraction of the batteries available.

Yet,, here we are. Seems there will be enough batteries for a mllion or 2 vehicles each by 2025.

We are thinking in linear terms, the mystique of the word TW will be erased by 2027. imo

I’m talking tonnage. That much raw materials is way beyond our capacity to pull it from the ground in the next 7 years. There is nothing on the horizon that is making mining that much more effective in that short of time.

Just read Ford is going into partnership mining Lithium. What comes of it, is a different matter.. to me its like GM getting into car insurance.

I think companies can be clearer in the plans when scoping out new projects. New mines could sprout like mushrooms around the world. In fact, I skimmed something yday.. was it India just discovered a Lithium deposit ?

Elon was told the Industry takes 4-5 years to establish a new Lithium mine, he said Tesla is planning about 2.

The industry is exploding.

20 Terrawatt?

Musk has previously talked about 3 TWh and there is a lot of reasonable doubt they can hit that.
These are not my numbers. Please see the YouTube video for the context. I think the author was meaning world wide production, not just Tesla.
Did Elon say that the world would need 100TWh for breaking free from legacy fuel energy?? This is why investing in Tesla and Megapacks is good. BTW the IRA numbers are helping this too in North America. Megapack | Tesla Canada
100TWh is not a crazy number if you do a quick Internet search for it. Here is an example: Le Québec a besoin de 100 TWh pour atteindre la carboneutralité d’ici 2050 | Radio-Canada.ca
or here: Our actions - Welcome to 100TWh

In my life, I have discovered experts will not risk damaging their expertise.

The longer they are experts, the more they cover their ass.

I think the expert's opinions which Tony Seba refers to in his video's is a testament to that.
