As far as I know, there is a difference between ZERO and ABSOLUTE ZERO.

For Celsius or Fahrenheit there is ZERO and negative values.
ABSOLUTE ZERO though is for Kelvin and has no negative values.

Edit:
Apparently, negative Kelvin is a thing. But it is soooo hot that it is even hotter than infinite hot.

The existence of absolute zero is a point where you cannot add more negative numbers.

But negative numbers can still exist.
