I think the frunk lid should be replaced with the Starlink antenna built into it. It should be fiber reinforced composite for RF transparency and painted to match the car. Or, for CyberTruck, black with optional cool graphics.
Hang it from the top of the windshield wiper. 🤯

Satellite will also have dead zones anywhere there's lots of trees, buildings, or canyons. Each type of communications has its downsides.

A better way to deal with it is more caching in the vehicle, which I certainly hope they do.

Probably the roof, then, since that's a glass laminate. You could put a grid of microchips embedded in the layers... If you're just stamping these things out, it doesn't matter that development was expensive.
