Dumb question at this point in the game... Do the bed dividers come with Beasts?

Well I’m here at my local SC for the bed divider. This is the second time. The first time they forced the divider in and said it was okay and normal. I’m bringing it back because without a major struggle, I can’t get these things in past 1/3 of the bed and now that some months have past, seems like SCs are resolving this but I do t think my SC will. See invoice comments attached. Seems like I’ll be attending an “ education” session

Mine wouldn't lock well on my road trip, had to shove it into place. My stuff rolled back and it came loose and took a chunk out of my bed, mangled up my divider connection to the L track, and scratched up other stuff. Really not cool.

I, too, had trouble installing the cargo divider. I was able to get it to fit over the sub-vault hatch, but not over the fixed portion of the vault floor. I estimate that the cargo divider latch bolts were 2 mm too high to slip into the L-track holes when it was placed on the floor ahead of the hatch.

I liked your approach to solving the problem and gave it a try because seemed like it involves the least amount of time and effort. I loosened the 6 bolts that attach the inside vault panel/L-track. I took out a 10mm head bolt and looked to see if I had a similar situation as you, and found that I did.

I couldn't budge the side panel upward by hand, so I used a fulcrum and lever to apply lift to the tie downs (see photo). This worked great on the driver's side. I was able to raise the panel a sufficient distance. That's not the case on the passenger side. I raised that panel a millimeter at most.

Still, having done this, I'm now able to insert the cargo divider ahead of the sub-vault hatch. I insert the divider into the passenger side L-track first, then pushing the driver side down, I close the latch. It's a tight fit. Not the ultimate fix, but good enough for now.

This ended up working best for me. I definitely needed to fulcrum it up as pulling by hand didn’t budge it. Initially I used the 3d printed inserts but not sure how those were supposed to help as it made the ends point more up instead of down? I removed them entirely and it all fit into the tracks without any resistance. I decided to reinsert the oem plastic pieces to see how it might work. Similar to this post if I insert the passenger side first and apply a little pressure driver side it works out.
