My fix for the difficult-fit problem is shown in the 3 photos. This takes about 2 minutes for step 1, and 20 minutes if you have to grind the rubber feet. I cut the round dowels flat on top, removing only the plastic (photo 1). Trimming the rubber feet was almost as easy, and I removed 0.1", reducing thickness from 0.75 to 0.65". Grind the inside angle also, making the rubber narrower. This procedure worked in my case.
If you break the Divider like I did, Tesla may replace it, as they did for me. Keep the old one. A Divider fix is shown on this link:
