I loosened the 12 bolts, used a block of wood and hammer to bring the rails in line, hooked it in, and then tightened everything down. Fits like a champ now :)
Just wanted to update that I've since removed and reinstalled the divider MANY times since. No issues since doing that adjustment.

This. Super easy fix by the service center. Fits and works well with no damage to the bed or rails.

Not sure what to tell you. Maybe a different SC? That sucks to do, my SC literally fixed this in a couple of hours with putting in the spare tire in the bed. Has worked perfectly since.

Do they bother to check their work before finishing the job and giving back to you? Hope you're able to get this resolved.

So, guess what happen on my 3rd visit to the SC nothing literally nothing. They had me scheduled over a month ago for the 7th I didn't ask why so long? But I figured they needed time to get the part and be prepared for the work that was going to get done. I was supposed to get a new tailgate one with the Cerberus logo still on it. get a mud flap replaced (my fault it broke). And I figured that I'll let them know about the sharp edges again and see if they can do something about that.
So, I get there and we're talking about the tailgate, and I tell the technician "Take a look at how sharp the edges are around my doors" he looks at me and holds up his hand that's wrapped in band-aids he says "tell me about it" I know how sharp they are but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it. And that I'll have to do that myself if I wanted to! then he says let me go check the tailgates that we have on hand. he comes back and tells me sorry we don't have a tailgate for you. we will have to reschedule you for that. They weren't even good enough to put my mud flap on since I'm there already! nope instead they just made me waste my time again. that's 3 trips that i have made and instead of progress I'm just wasting time and money, and the truck is no better off now than the day I got it.
I am not happy with my SC results or lack of positive results. but don't know what to do about it?

I’m a little confused on this, thier is no cap what so ever between my rail track and the light bar so I don’t understand how you were able to move it up ?
I returned mine based on someone saying they have been “redesigned l and they sent me a new one and it is Exactly same size!

I don't think there is a revised version made by tesla. Because I thought the same thing. And after the service center gave it their best shot at forcing and attempting to mask the problem. I'm thinking why can't they just get the new one for me. so, I let them know about the "new one" I figured at least they will be able to confirm if the revised version is available from tesla but they neither confirmed nor denied it exists. they just tell me we will check on that. when they get back to me they say all we can do is reimburse you the cost and you can purchase the new one from the store well there is no new one. its the same one. they won't even say that your wrong about something they just play dumb.
