I’ll spare all of the unnecessary details, but would appreciate some feedback.
I dropped my CT off this Tuesday with an expected turnaround time of “same day”. This appointment was to resolve some damaged trim pieces that were noted at delivery and to replace the blind spot monitor in the driver a-pillar that stopped working.
I was notified at the end of the day that the tech had broken a clip and they needed to have one overnighted. They also told me a different piece didn’t arrive, even though I asked before coming in and was assured everything was there.
Today I received a call saying the tech was working on routing a fiber optic cable that was associated with the clip that was broken and needed more time. I was told the clip was integrated into the harness, hence the wire replacement. All that being said, I did some research and found that there are no fiber optic lines in the CT.
To top it off, while he’s telling me the tech is actively working on it, I can see in the Tesla app that the truck was still sitting outside where it had been since Tuesday.
At 4:30pm, I saw that it finally moved into the service center and the driver door was opened. It’s 9:30pm and there has been no additional activity and the door was left open.
I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but im convinced they’re lying at this point. Then they top it off by leaving my door open all night……
Thoughts?
