No heat in MN.. freezing!

I am in MN and heater works fine no matter how dumb ass cold it gets. Just dropped son off at the mind control agency and it was -3F.

Has anyone experienced an issue with no heat? Located in MN and temps are currently sub-zero.

Dropped my son off at hockey practice last night with the temp around 0.. heat was working fine. Went home for an hour and tapped the fan button within the app to pre-heat the car before picking him up. The car was freezing when I got in, fan was blowing cold air. I tried multiple settings, defrost, turned off/on, I could not get the heat to come out.

Ran into a similar issue this morning. It's currently -7 and my wife "preheated" the car before taking the kids to school. She called me on the way, I can see the interior temp is currently 13 degrees. She's not happy.

I created a service request, the soonest appointment is January 6th.. there's no way I can wait a month to get heat back!!

I've read that you can request a tow to the service center and move to the front of the line. State it as emergency safety issue...which it is.

I am not getting any heat in my model Y unless I turn the temp up to HI. Appointment booked for Dec 27th.

Yeah, if it becomes completely unable to heat itself, it won't be able to charge if it's gets cold enough.

MN people! Mine has been good thus far other than the rather loud heater when it's super cold.

-26F is my coldest drive so far, plenty of heat but it did take a long time to get the cabin above 60F

but now I got an DiF_a251 error code which is gearbox oil low pressure issue

Current Avg 415 wh/mi for total of 4595 mi w/about 400 mi in <20 F

Noticed on one ~70 mi drive <10 F Avg 478 wh/mi
Will capture another trip when it gets colder again Fri/Sat
Most Driving in Chill Mode AT Tires

Always pre condition/heat until Heating Battery Warming icon turns off
Blue Snowflake is always on since it turned cold

I parked in the garage last night.. currently -4 outside but 30 in the garage. Heat worked fine this morning.

Where in MN are you? I've been seeing some others in the Eagan/Rosemount area. Mostly pretty new ones.
