I have said this before, but I am shocked at the missed opportunity by the Chinese sellers on Amazon and AliExpress, but maybe they have a second opportunity here. Do your thang! I am sure they can sell thousands of these for $200 a set.

I suspect it said something like the current cyber covers aren’t coming back.. that’s probably because they are being redesigned. It doesn’t make much sense that they would abandoned them giving all we know.

I'll give it the ole college try tomorrow at delivery. Maybe I'll get something different.

Just ordered a center cap from Amazon - $69 for four caps (elecfresh). I wished Tesla will reimburse for the cost.

watch the video. There is a small wire(tool) where you insert this tool in this tiny hole and then pull it. I have not received my order yet i will let you know when i receive my order.

So far pretty good. Ongoing service stuff stiiiiiiill from delivery for scratched stuff. Nothing bad. Reliability has been good. Not it.

I don’t see how these would avoid the issues with the originals. They still protrude out over the tire in a similar way.

Laughable!! We all know FOR A FACT that the folks at the SC/DC know nothing about what’s really going on. By the time the SC would receive an email like this the covers would be removed from the site and, think about this, some sort of compensation would have already been offered to us. Don’t forget how the $700 credit/voucher went about. Got what he wanted clicks. Let’s all move on from this thread. Useless

I picked up my new Cybertruck on Tuesday the 18th. The Sales Manager told me that he had received an email that day from the higher ups saying that the wheel covers are not coming back. Thought I'd pass on the word and see if anybody else had heard the same.

By the way, first time poster, but long time reader. This place was a wealth of knowledge for me prior to order/pickup. Thanks!!

I was talking to my service advisor today about the wheel covers and he pulled up an email from earlier this week that said the new wheel covers are currently supply constrained and therefore delivery is TBD.

He read the email verbatim to me.
