One (or more) of my front speakers has been having the same issue since JUNE! They(Tesla)/we cannot pinpoint which one(s)? BUT it has been in five times since then and they keep telling me they run a TASCAM frequency test on all of the speakers and that they are all good. Issue is, they are not, one (or more) of the front speakers has that "staticky crackling tinfoil sound" like a blown speaker...and I have had the service manager and multiple service people come out and listen to—AND confirm they can hear it (anyone that's been in the truck can hear it). Yet, they claim when they test it, the speakers are OK. Seems like they need to open the dash up and take a physical look vs, using a piece of software, since anyone who listens can hear it. Has anyone else had this sort of issue?

Within the first week of taking delivery (Early March '04) the super manifold went bad, so they have done work around the firewall & front dash, amongst other repairs and recalls. My experience tells me there is a blown speaker, or that something was left loose, or debris was left on a speaker from a prior repair. This has been super frustrating as it seems like a simple fix—open it up, find the problem, repair it. The sound system would be super if it worked :(

yeah I'd spend more time looking for things rattling. Such a bummer though.

Had same issue with LOWs driver side pillar square speaker. Was also noticeable on low mids but whatever. Blown speaker. Took me 3 service appointments to get it resolved.

What I did is I set all EQ to -8 except LOWs I did +8. I played song SIMULA - MAW and set it on REPEAT. Set volume to where it starts happening and took pictures of EQ, song and volume. Without this they just reset EQ and say its fine/can't reproduce.

Part needed was A-PILLAR UPPER TRIM - LEFT HAND (1905513-98-D).

Sounds perfect now, but was very annoying for months. Try to poke your finger around speakers to see which one is doing it :)

WOW! Thanks you for the input. Great stuff!

I pick it up today (likely not repaired again (judging from their notes) so I will run this test on it first thing and make a video.

Again, thank you so much!

Update. Still no resolution. It super sucks as every time we put on music the crackle and distortion sounds appear and it's awful to think we spent this kind of money and Tesla won't even fix it (they have acknowledged the sound but claim "It doesn't show up on our tests" to "This is a normal characteristic of the vehicle.") It's not normal, they know it, but refuse to resolve it. This is complete BS, I have NOT heard it in other Cybertrucks, Model Y's, X, 3 or even my F-150. This is just horrible customer service IMO. Any advice would be helpful.

I have attached a quick sample to hear the crackle & distortion. (Not it does it even with neutralEQ settings). :(

Hard to pick up from phone to phone but I think yes. I actually had loaner model x plaid and it had the same issue on the passenger side lol. So it's not only cybertruck. I think your service center is just being lazy, are there other ones around? You have the part number idk what else do they need, motivation?
