Passenger air conditioner control

I would like to turn off the air conditioning for the front seat passenger without affecting the driver side. Is there any way to do this? Currently, when I turn off the passenger side, the driver side turns off with it

Once the climate screen is open, press and hold the passanger dash air flow.. It toggles it off

I wish there was a way to only have the passenger side conditioning turn on only when someone is actually sitting there. I'm usually turning off the fan on that side of the vehicle when it's just me driving.
