Wow that's crazy. You won't like this, but took a couple weeks for me.

Three weeks for me but I scheduled it far enough out that way. BTW it's a six hour job so plan accordingly.

I'm at about three months and have my appointment on July 8. They are expecting the part to arrive on July 7 so it can still go either way at this point.

I had an appointment for July 6th. I just received a notice from Tesla that they are rescheduling me to July 30th because they are fully backed up.

I've been waiting since 5/28. I was told some PCS failures disable the entire truck and I can still drive and Supercharge, so I now have a mid August appointment. There was also mention in June about a new revision.

I had my issue reported on 6/12. Same day, Tesla added free supercharging until 9/12 and set up a service appointment for 7/16 (12 days wait in the shop and expected vehicle back on 07/28). Not sure parts will be there when I go to drop off. I'm waiting for the appointment, and I've reported the PCS2 issue to NHTSA for a potential lifetime fix by Tesla. VIN 65k series with 18k, Warminster, PA.

It was only 6 days for me over the Easter weekend. Although my PCS has actually been working okay, I got a message that it will need to be replaced when the updated replacements arrive in ? weeks!

7 weeks here. I did ping them after 4 weeks as nothing had been scheduled or estimated yet.

Same here.. put in service request May 5, it is now July 2 and still nothing. Just messaged them today, I told them my consolation free supercharging (due to PCS2 failure) is about to expire this Jul 30 -their response is to me is to contact customer support team to inquire the possibility of extending my "free supercharging"

I just got mine back from repairs last week, but it took me three months with three appointment reschedules and some light complaining to get the part in.

Mine failed Monday. Ordered Tuesday. Appointment next Wednesday. 10 days till fixed
