I like Tesla and I hate to snitch them off but this is just not right. They are still making Cybertrucks. Those PCS parts should be going to the folks that already bought a truck. It's an hour and a half plus for me to go Supercharge.I had my issue reported on 6/12. Same day, Tesla added free supercharging until 9/12 and set up a service appointment for 7/16 (12 days wait in the shop and expected vehicle back on 07/28). Not sure parts will be there when I go to drop off. I'm waiting for the appointment, and I've reported the PCS2 issue to NHTSA for a potential lifetime fix by Tesla. VIN 65k series with 18k, Warminster, PA.
Your profile says you are from Oklahoma City which is covered in Superchargers in all directions. Makes no sense. Are you counting the time to charge to a high state of charge? It's an hour and a half plus for me to go Supercharge.
Did you read the thread? Most people are reporting somewhere between 1-7 weeks.I'm only at 10 days and was wondering. I had no idea it would be that long. 3 months?!?!
Okc here as well. Our superchargers are spaced out. It’s an hour for me round trip not including charge time. In Norman, Ok Frances Energy has Tesla superchargers 5 miles from me. Unfortunately Tesla does not pay for those. Tesla superchargers but owned by France’s Energy. So, yeah, this sux!Your profile says you are from Oklahoma City which is covered in Superchargers in all directions. Makes no sense. Are you counting the time to charge to a high state of charge?
There's a Tesla owned V4 Supercharger under construction at the Target in Norman, OK. Probably open sometime this summer. Your profile says you live in Alabama still.Okc here as well. Only the Tesla factory Superchargers are covered. It's a 30 minute drive one way. Add 30 to 40 min to charge and it's a trip. This is very poor customer service from a company with a superior product.Your profile says you are from Oklahoma City which is covered in Superchargers in all directions. Makes no sense.
