Replaced PCS twice, first fix lasted a few weeks. Second fix replaced the 115/240VAC charging cable too. Unsure if was PCS or charging cable problem (or both?)

I don't know if this will work well, but trying to figure out a way to get us some more granular information on where we are with this PCS situation. This is my attempt.

I don't know that we've seen any '26 trucks with this issue and I know that there are a few new configurations, plus that one guy that got a RDW – so if this applies to you, just select OTHER and tell us what you're working with.

*If folks think it's needed, I think I can edit the pole and add '26 CB & AWD if necessary I just don't think those trucks are really affected. But maybe it would be worth it to see folks checking in with 100%? Let me know.
Thanks for putting this pole up....it will be interesting to see how it changes over time.

I’m a little worried about selection bias in this data.

May ‘24 AWD FS. First PCS replaced in July of 24. Waiting on replacement of the second one, so I will be on number 3 (hopefully soon)

I may never see this failure, I only charge at home at 30amp
I usually charged at 30A until I got the failure. Now I can only charge at 24A max.

I wonder if any have failed for people that normally charge at 24 amps or less like me.
yes there’s a few here that only charge off the 110 mobile and it’s still failed. It’s listed on one of the other PCS topics on this.

So, you’re saying, failure is an option?

Tough to pinpoint as it's not tied to a year but a part version... And that part has a lot of components from suppliers that themselves could be versioned and responsible.

Finally had to go in and change my answers. But, glad to have it behind me. If your PCS has failed, please add your data to the mix … on all three polls please.

Just wait for your second failure, lol. Those numbers are growing as well.
