I have Tesla Solar plus 2 powerwalls. After plugging in I lost power and now both my powerwalls are down. I've been able to charge my model 3 at max amps from the 240v outlet without issue.

Anyone have a similar issue or have an idea whats going on?

Man that really sucks,, not sure what happened, but I would isolate everything and then bring one item back to grid power to reset everything.

Two Powerwalls will not have enough continuous juice to charge an EV and power the home. Each Powerwall can sustain 5kW. When the grid goes down the inverters have to wait or cycle for about 240 seconds before they kick in again. If you have good sun and wait for them to kick out power again you might be able to charge while the grid is down. You can also limit how much of the Powerwalls you want available for EV charging. I set mine to only allow 5%

Is your model 3 a standard range? The standard range Model 3 charges at 32A. The Cybertruck and long range cars charge at 48A.

If you were running fully off the powerwalls, and they were powerwall 2s...that's enough to overload them. Turn down your charge current.

My model 3 is performance. I cant charge at 48amps since its not an in wall charger. Also I was not off grid when the powerwalls went down.

I will try lowering the Amps once Tesla comes out and fixes the solar/powerwalls
