You should also taper the rear of the trailer, from a quick search, a tapered rear end, is more importable and has a bigger affect than tampering the front of an object due to the low pressure wake behind the vehicle that pulls the truck back.
It's better for you have the same with as the trailer, less turbulence

They are talking rear of trailer, not rear of deflector
Adding a taper to the truck-trailer combination versus the squared off back end typical of most trailers

Here are rough measurements. It is much wider at the rear than at the front (set by the truck's mounting points). 7 pieces of 21ft aluminum would be enough to build it with some extra for bracing inside. ($571 plus shipping from MetalsDepot)

External width at the front is 58in. Rear is 74. (left to right pieces would be 2 inches shorter if using 1 inch square tubing).
Lower length is 127.5
Diagonal upper is 136.5 (probably want five of them total to support the roof covering material). Depending on how you choose to cut the taper at the front the metal piece itself could be 132ish
Rear support is 42.5
Middle vertical support will depend on where exactly you put it.

Edit - If you want to go higher, then the diagonal upper would be longer along with the rear vertical pieces

Edit 2 - I forgot that the center roof support goes further back as you can see in my picture earlier in the thread. Making a V that allows for turning, but gets pretty close to the trailer's roof. That can be fine tuned with short pieces of tubing attached to the upper horizontal crossbeam using the parts in the next post.

I think we agree. That’s what I was trying to say, I guess just not very well,
