Seems like it has both hardware and software requirements. However from my understanding about Sonos Era reviews, it sounds really immersive and not gimmicky at all. Lossless on the other hand, I feel is somewhat of a gimmick, as humans can't even preceive the full sound data. Maybe that will change with enhanced hardware. I used to download FLAC audio during the P2P torrent days, but didn't have good enough equipment to enjoy it anyway.

How about In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly. Not only does it sound good, but it doesn't end before it begins like so many songs these days.

I've never heard of these guys, but strangely it reminds me of so much other music... like the Doors, Black Sabbath, even Danzig of all people.
