The ability to have 4 wheel steering and mostlikely electric drive by wire may mean that all four wheels can turn independently.

The most amazing potential would be for tank turn if each side of the trucks wheels could turn in opposite directions. Not sure how this would be done with only single motor in the front of the cyber truck, but wheel alignment would look like this:

Super excited. Alignment could be computer controlled, and steering adjusted to perfect while driving sensing tow in or out.
You need to make sure both wheels on each axle track with the ackerman geometry, if it doesn't, you won't be able to drive in a straight line. Plus it will have 4 actuators instead of two for individual control. So highly unlikely to happen just for a party trick turn. It also doesn't have enough angle in the rear to do so, nothing close to 45degrees required.
