Did you do Everbrite yourself? I ve been hearing good things about ceramic coatings.

Yes, I did mine within a few days of delivery. Fairly simple - few hours at most. I have reapplied it in several spots multiple times due to door dings where it got scraped off. Only takes a few minutes.

Now I haven't tried to spray paint it and see how it removes though

Good to know it can be done easily. I'll probably get the kit after a couple of months. Delivery day is tomorrow!

1600 PSI common power washer would likely remove paint from the plastic and SS.

I think they are more upset about losing their jobs or funding… I work in research and agriculture and USDA funding is gone farmers are being affected and usda researchers are being fired same with my colleagues in forestry it’s embarrassing driving to a growers land and they aren’t getting the help they need and I’m driving this truck. Same with Impacts on veterans with all the layoffs at the VA…. It’s more than pronouns

If their reactions to getting laid off is to vandalize other people's property, then I'm glad we are getting rid of them. They are trying to destroy Tesla which would cause many people to lose their jobs too. I hope Elon sues the people who are organizing vandalism against Tesla.

I don’t condone the vandalism (I own two teslas including the CT), and I don’t believe the laid-off employees are responsible. However, Tesla has become an easy target for those frustrated with the CEO’s actions as an unelected figure of influence. My comment was in response to someone claiming the vandalism was about pronouns—if anyone truly thinks that’s the reason people are angry and targeting Tesla, they’re clearly not paying attention.

Or it's paid opposition by people upset that their grift in USAID ended. That appears to be the source of funding for most of the anti-tesla protests/vandalism
