Repeated service damage + fluid leak after repair — anyone dealt with this?

Trying to figure out what to do about quality of work at my service center.

Since delivery, I’ve had multiple service visits for small issues—but every visit has resulted in something new being damaged or needing another repair (door panel cracked during install, window chipped, harness broken by mobile tech, defective replacement parts, etc.).

Most recently, I brought it in for intermittent regen/autopilot failures (usually in cold temps). They said it was a wiring harness, but the work summary says they also replaced the hydraulic control unit.

When I picked it up:
  • fluid residue in the frunk
  • damaged trim near the wiper mount
  • fluid dripping under the truck when I got home (clear/blue, slightly oily)
At this point I’m not comfortable taking it back to the same service center.

Questions:
  • Has anyone else had service visits create new issues like this?
  • Were you able to escalate and get reassigned to a different service center?
  • What actually worked to get things handled properly?
Not trying to be difficult—I just want the truck fixed without a new problem every time it’s touched.

How do I say this to them without sounding rude?

You pick which service center you use. I would definitely escalate your concerns to the manager of the service center. Document everything and choose another service center.

The next closest service center is 30 miles away and I’m leaking brake fluid. Will they let me choose my service center if I need a tow?

Why in the world did they have to work on the brakes?

I believe blue fluid is coolant. Many repair procedures require the coolant to be drained and refilled, so perhaps this is just leftover spillage. If you have a coolant leak, however, that will quickly become a critical issue.

I swear, the "helping the environment" nonsense in their mission statement has to be offset by the graveyard of broken service center parts hidden behind every Tesla SC
