Trying to figure out what to do about quality of work at my service center.
Since delivery, I’ve had multiple service visits for small issues—but every visit has resulted in something new being damaged or needing another repair (door panel cracked during install, window chipped, harness broken by mobile tech, defective replacement parts, etc.).
Most recently, I brought it in for intermittent regen/autopilot failures (usually in cold temps). They said it was a wiring harness, but the work summary says they also replaced the hydraulic control unit.
When I picked it up:
Questions:
How do I say this to them without sounding rude?

When I picked it up:
- fluid residue in the frunk
- damaged trim near the wiper mount
- fluid dripping under the truck when I got home (clear/blue, slightly oily)
Questions:
- Has anyone else had service visits create new issues like this?
- Were you able to escalate and get reassigned to a different service center?
- What actually worked to get things handled properly?
How do I say this to them without sounding rude?
