I couldn't find anything on the website about installation. Is it plug and play, or do I have to splice in for power and to get the mirror to fit where the OEM one is?

This can be directly connected to the original car wiring, without the need for an additional power source, and it won't damage the original car wiring

To anyone who successfully installed this, how did you get the wires through the wire cover on the glass under the hazard button panel? It seems like the fit is too tight to close with the thick power/control wire.

I just ended up putting the wires outside of the hazard button panel. Like you said it’s much too tight in there.
