Perhaps they are putting the originals back, or perhaps just they are modfying others, or perhaps he has just stolen 2 seats.

I'm just hoping someone will have a tape and measure the wheelbase. From that measurement alone we will be able to extrapolate the length within ½" accuracy from existing images.

you kick the tire to see if it is flat. Radial tires sometimes look flat.
